Your stylists, barbers and therapists earn on the services they give and the products they sell. BlueTrack names every line to the person it belongs to as it is rung, and works out what each person has earned by the end of the shift.
Get the AppOne visit can hold a cut from one person, a colour from another and a product sold at the chair. Pay depends on getting each of those to the right name.
After close, someone goes through the day’s receipts to work out what each stylist and therapist earned. One slip and the wrong person is paid the wrong amount.
The oil a stylist recommended is rung up at the desk by whoever is free. Unless the line carries the stylist’s name, their sale is lost.
A client moves from the chair to the treatment room. The tab has to follow them, and each service has to stay with the person who gave it.
